I ordered from Glencara and the item itself was totally fine, so no complaints there. The frustrating part was the communication. I did get updates, but they were kind of vague, and I had to check back a couple times just to figure out what was actually going on. What annoyed me most was getting those canned apology responses that sound like they were copied and pasted instead of someone actually answering the question. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother...

I emailed glencara with a question about my order and, i figured I’d be waiting a while. But nope, they replied fast and actually answered everything clearly. There was also a little hiccup with the delivery update, and my immediate thought was, “great, here we go,” but customer service checked into it and kept me updated. It felt like a real person was helping me, not some canned copy-paste response. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and really happy with the experience.

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, but getting this engraved with our date made me smile. It came out really nice and felt personal in a way that made it extra special.

I got my ring from Glencara the stone looks really nice in person. The shine is good and the color was close to what I saw in the photos, which is basically all anyone can ask for when ordering jewelry online. I did check it in a bunch of different lighting because stones always look different everywhere, but it still held up well. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price I’m happy with it. I’d say 4 stars.

The international shipping was slow, not totally surprising, I guess — but my order did arrive safely in the end. Everything was okay once it got here, so no real complaints besides the wait.

The ring looked really nice in person. Unfortunately, the sizing ran a bit small for me, so I had to exchange it. Still a ring, just wish the fit had been right the first time.

I ordered this ring and overall it seems close to the material they described, but my gut says it’s a bit lighter than I expected. It’s not bad by any means, I’m just not totally convinced it looks or feels exactly like the photos. For the price, it’s okay, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away.

I ordered a silver claddagh ring from Glencara it’s nicer than I thought it would be. It feels solid, not cheap or flimsy, and the detail — I keep noticing little bits of it when I wear it — is really clean. I’ve already worn it quite a bit and it still looks great. For the price, I’m really happy with the quality.

I ordered a gift from glencara and, i was getting a bit impatient waiting for it to arrive because I wanted to give it to my wife already. When it showed up, the packaging was really nice. The box looked clean and felt special without being over the top. It arrived in perfect shape too, no dents or anything. My wife actually liked the wrapping before she even opened it lol. I’d definitely order again if I needed a gift.

I did get my refund back, so that part was fine. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer along the way because I wasn’t always sure what to do next...

I got my Claddagh ring it feels authentic to me. The markings look good, and it has a nice weight to it. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying at first. But then I opened the box and was like, okay, never mind, I actually really like this. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’d been looking around for a simple necklace and ended up ordering one from Glencara. The delivery was normal, no real delays or anything, and it arrived in decent packaging. When I opened it, the pendant looked pretty much like what I had picked out online, which was a relief because sometimes jewelry can look a bit different in person. I wore it around a bit and it’s a nice piece, so I decided to keep it. The only thing I noticed after checking it more closely was that the chain length didn’t seem to be the one I selected, or at least it didn’t fit like I expected. I ordered an engraved necklace from glencara and I’m happy with how it turned out. The engraving is clear and easy to read, not faint or too light like I was a bit worried about. It did take maybe a week or so longer than I expected to arrive, but the necklace itself looks good and feels well made. Overall, I’d give it around 4 stars.
